Official Ballot Drop Box is ready for your VBM ballot!

If you applied for a mail-in or absentee ballot, you can drop your completed ballot in this box in front of City Hall (1305 Hancock Street). Before you do that, make sure you followed every step of the instructions on the ballot and its envelope. Then put the (usually brown) envelope containing your ballot inside the (usually white) return mailing envelope that was sent to you (no postage is necessary).

After returning your ballot, you can track its status online. If your ballot hasn’t been accepted by Election Day, you may vote in person at your polling place. If your ballot arrives at your local election office after you’ve voted, the mail-in ballot will be rejected.
