Instructions for Submitting a Vote By Mail Application

  • View the Vote by Mail Application

  • Save the .pdf file to your computer

  • Complete the application

  • Save and print the application

  • Sign the application (applications cannot be accepted without a signature.)

  • You may U.S. Mail your signed application back to us, or scan your signed application and electronically submit it

Vote Early in-person

You can vote at any early voting location in Quincy. The early voting schedule for Quincy is set by the City Clerk’s office.  Generally, it's on the weekend at City Hall or on Sunday at Central (information has to be checked closer to Nov. 4)
