ZBA meeting on May 23: 105 Sea Street on the agenda

On Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 6:00 pm on the first floor, in the meeting room of Quincy City Hall, 1305 Hancock Street, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering various requests for variances and special permits.

Of note is the listing for ZBA-23-28: CHRISTOPHER TIMMINS for a VARIANCE to construct a three-story, 15-unit condominium building with garage parking on the premises numbered 105 SEA STREET, QUINCY (the former site of Imperial Palace restaurant).

Several requests for variances are on the agenda to build multi-unit residences at 44 Carruth Street, 573 Washington Street, and 161 Sumner Street.
