Quincy residents are concerned that the City of Quincy officials are not putting the taxpayers first.
The proposed 99-year lease extension requested by Quarry Hill Associates (Granite Links golf course) is not a good deal for the City of Quincy now or in the future.
The City of Quincy must perform its due diligence.
