1. FAXON PARK:

1. Judith Gardiner of 28 Naval Terrace, Quincy requests use on Saturday July 1, 2023, for a Birthday Party. Hours of use are 1 pm to 5 pm. Fee: No fee

2. David Robinson of Quincy representing the Tommy Tunes Organization request use on Saturday September 23, 2023, for a Softball Charity Fund Raiser. This event is making a comeback after a Covid induced break. Fee: no fee at Faxon

2. PAGEANT FIELD:

1. Amy Teehan of 77 Ballou St. Quincy requests use for a Friends Reunion on Saturday June 17, 2023. The event will run from Noon to 5 pm and they expect 50 people to attend. Fee: $225

2. **REQUEST THAT ORGANIZERS ATTEND**Stephen Mullaney and Markell Graham of 260 Water St. Quincy request use on Tuesday July 4, 2023, for the Luxurious All White Music Festival. This event will feature food and a live band. The organizers are seeking approval to also secure a liquor permit from the licensing board for the day. Fee: $225

3. Stan Westland representing the Quincy Public School custodians request use on Friday August 25, 2023 for their Annual Custodian Cookout. The event will run from 3 pm to dusk. Fee: $225

3. RUTH GORDON AMPHITHEATRE: The Friends of Ruth Gordon Amphitheatre have requested use on a series of Fridays to be known as “Friends Fridays” for programming a line up of free Friday night shows.

9. Aug 25 – Studio Ghibli’s Film/animation

4. O’ROURKE FIELD: Brenda Hill of the Bernazzani School requests use on Tuesday June 20, 2023 from 10:30 to 2:30 for an End of Year Celebration. Fee: no fee

5. FENNO STREET BASKETBALL COURT: Laura Martin of the Mayors Office requests use on June 24, 2023 for a 3 on 3 basketball tournament from 8 am to 4 pm Fee: no fee
