I. Minutes:

• Notice of available openings
• Lone Sailor Monument Dedication - Friday August 9, 2024 / 10:00 am Marina Bay, monument will be dedicated.
III. Requests:
1. GENERAL PALMER FIELD:
Lisa Dunn with the Quincy Housing Authority requests use on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 10 am to 3 pm for their Staff Outing. Approved. (This field is used for cricket on weekends.)
2. FAXON PARK:
A Pierre of E Howard Street, Quincy, is requesting use on Saturday, August 31, 2024, from 2 pm to dusk (old spot, for now). See if the new area is done by 8/31. No fee for this year, fee next year TBD.
3. SAFFORD PARK:
Walter Hubley/Wollaston Hill Neighborhood Assn of 44 Marion Street, Quincy, requests use on the following dates from 2 to 7 pm for their Saturdays in the Park series:
September 7th: Emily Allyn & SPX
September 14th: Matt Rich & The Rudder Kings
September 21st: Anthony Andronico & Red’s Neckas
September 28th: Outahits Records & The Anna Daley Young Band
Also:
Friday, September 6, 5:30 to 8:30 pm: Back to School Bubble Party & Movie Night
Notes: Park Dept. is not providing restrooms; Saturday in the Park series has been going on for several years. Approved.
